Do I need to practise Iyengar Yoga to participate?
No. The inquiry into practice, theory and teaching extends beyond any single tradition. You are welcome whether your background is in Iyengar Yoga or another approach.
What if I can't attend all three sessions live?
Recordings will be available after each session.
What happens after the Masterclasses?
During the final session, I will introduce Yoga Unfolded, the platform where this work continues throughout the year.
There is no obligation to join. It is simply an opportunity to discover the project and decide whether you would like to continue studying and practising together.
